Tina Peters wins Chambliss Medal in astronomy

Tina Peters (class of 2010) was one of the six student winners of a Chambliss Astronomy Student Achievement Award, presented at the 2014 meeting of the American Astronomical Society.

Peters is a doctoral candidate at Drexel University, where she studies quasars. Her thesis advisor is Professor Gordon Richards.
