Help Desk

The ITS Help Desk provides support for technology related issues to all Goshen College students and employees.  We are located in the basement of the Union Building, in the Schertz Computer Lab.

Getting Assistance

You may request assistance from us in one of three ways:

Monday through Friday – 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday – 8 am to noon, and 1 pm to 4:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday – Closed Saturday and Sunday – Closed

*Hours may vary during semester breaks and holidays.
