Intramural Basketball Registration Form

Roster

You may have a maximum of 12 players and a minimum of 6 to enter a league. All players must be enrolled students at Goshen College or current faculty/staff. No current JV or Varsity Basketball players permitted in intramurals.

Jerseys

ALL PLAYERS MUST WEAR AN INTRAMURAL GAME JERSEY.
NOTE: If you have last year’s jersey you will not need to purchase one for this year.

New or replacement jerseys cost $5, and money is due at the team’s first game at the scores table.
